1. Let’s Chat
When you contact me, I’ll ask a few questions about the style, color, feel, and fabric you envision. This helps me create something that truly reflects you.
2. Take Your Measurements
I’ll email you a form. Most measurements can be done with a mirror, but you’ll need help with a few. Don’t worry—it’s easy!
3. Fabric Selection
While you're measuring, I’ll search for 4–5 beautiful fabric options. I’ll share them with you before ordering samples. I only buy from trusted suppliers and always check samples first.
4. Schedule & Timeline
Once I receive your measurements and deposit, your project goes on my schedule. The full process typically takes 6–10 weeks, depending on your response time.
5. The Muslin Mock-Up
I’ll create a sample version of your garment using plain muslin and mail it to you. Try it on, take front/side/back photos (no mirror selfies, please!), and return the completed questionnaire.
6. Final Adjustments
Based on your photos and feedback, I’ll adjust the pattern as needed. Sometimes a second mock-up is needed to ensure the perfect fit.
7. The Real Thing
Once the final fabric arrives and the pattern is perfected, I’ll create your custom garment. It’s then pressed, packed, and shipped directly to you!
