 I love 2 pc dresses – they can be very flattering and fun to wear. This is Phoebe. She was a challenge to make with all the straps. Straps at the neckline, in both sleeves and on one side of the skirt. Asymmetry is fun.   I do love the asymmetry of the strap inset on one side only of the skirt.
